Get one glass of luke-warm water and squeeze half a lemon into it, then drink plenty of water and wait for the results. Yes, it is that simple, and yes I was a skeptic at the start, but it has worked wonders for me! Within a day or so you should pass the stone and it’s virtually pain free. How it works is that the acidity in the lemon helps break down the stone and smooth any rough edges that may cause pain while moving through the ureter. The water helps flush it through reasonably quickly.
