Kidney stones are a very painful problem that affects people who have a tendency not drink enough water. These stones are formed from minerals that develop in your urine. Many people develop kidney stones and they don’t even know it as they stay inside of the kidneys. These stones generally don’t cause any problems when they stay local, but when they make the move have the kidney and into the ureter tube, this can be an extremely painful event. Most generally, if it’s just small kidney stone, it will pass without any type of need for medical treatment, but there are rare instances where surgery is needed. These are very painful though and your doctor can give you pain medication.
